Ramon is fluent in English and German, and Paco has unrivalled local knowledge and excellent contacts; the perfect combination.
They are thorough and professional, liasing with my lawyer to make sure that my property was totally legal.
I was nervous about the move from the UK, but they acted as relocators - making sure I had wifi up and running within two hours of moving in; accompanying me to buy a car and making sure it had all the correct paperwork; taking me to the Ayuntamiento to register. Not only have they gone above and beyond the call of duty, but they are both genuinely nice people, and it's not often you hear that about estate agents!

Als wir, eine Schweizer Paar, das erste Mail in Conil de la Frontera Ferien machten, haben wir uns sofort in diesen wunderschönen Ort verliebt. Hier findet man noch das echte Spanien ohne Massentourismus. Das typische andalusische "Pueblo Blanco" liegt am Atlantik an der Costa de la Luz. Am kilometerlangen Sandstrand kann man stundenlang laufen oder verschiedne Wassersportarten ausüben. In der Nähe befinden sich Naturpärke, die zum Wandern einlanden. Die Städte Cadiz und Sevilla sind auch nicht weit und bieten kulturelle Highlights. Die Menschen hier sind sehr herzlich und offen. Aus diesen Gründen haben wir uns 2014 entschlossen hier zu leben und haben uns an die API Castilnovo Immobilienagentur gewandt um das passende Haus für uns zu finden. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben bei den inhabern Paco und Ramon, die uns ehrlich, seriös und prefessionell beraten haben. Wir haben unser Traumhaus gefunden und sind sehr glücklich. Die beiden stehen uns auch jetzt noch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
